This is my own transformation. It's so scary to put it out there for who knows who to see. So why do it? Why do it if it's scary and I'm so embarrassed to show the world my starting point? Even though it's embarrassing for me to show every one my starting point, if I can give just a tiny bit of motivation for someone else who may be feeling as helpless as I was then, that's why. Motivation. This is a real story...my story.
